Wallpaper Dreams
An oversized floral pattern in soft hues of blues and greens creates drama in this space, complemented by the soft blue trim and paneling. A demilune buffet adds classic storage and the large scalloped mirror opens the space, keeping it feeling light and airy. Oval and reeded details are repeated on the dining table. A modern chandelier creates the perfect balance and interest to the space. Symmetrical hutches flank the doorway, adding display and storage.
Pattern on Pattern
Layers of pattern define the living room space. Custom swivel chairs were upholestered in a lovely olive green and cream blockprint. The hand knot oushak rug adds vibrant color and defines the color palette of the space. Layering the rugs in the space added another layer to play with pattern, but this time in a neutral and subtle pattern.
The burl wood tiered coffee table adds warmth to the cooler color palette, and its modern lines are the perfect juxtaposition to the traditional floral patterns around the room.
